Cars ARE GREENER in 2012

Dear Readers,

Every industry players is trying to go green, an effort to saved the world from environmental destruction as a result of our efforts grow all in the name of economic and industrial development.

One of the steps taken is to produce green vehicle, ver the year researchers have been trying to miniaturise a technology that would fit in a small car and eventually this development will fit in a normal sedan car or even an SUV that would equally the speed of a normal car that runs on fossil fuel.

Do you know that the first electric cars began in europe? well according to the green car website "Between 1832 and 1839, the first crude electric carriage was invented and electric cars soon began to flourish in Europe due to the fact that they ran quieter and smoother than other cars."

Imagine if the development of electric car continues since it was first created, we would be drive a car that runs on electrical instead of petrol. The mass production of fossil fuel car that cost lower and speed capability is far more better than an electric car has made its development stopped for several decade until int the year 1973 when the fuel crisis began to emerge has spark interest in the development of alternative fuel. Basically the oil crisi has made electric car concept a new jump start, but the idea f an electric run car was never a serious concept to look in to. only in the early 1980s and 90s the idea of an electric cars started to get serious.

And it all began in Switzerland where an unusual race to promote alternative fuel to run a car began in the Tour de Sol or famously known as Solar Car Race the anual race started in 1985 until 1995. Since then many car industry players has began to develop their own design concept of electric car.

By the turn of the millenium, electric powered car or other alternative fuel powered concept cars has began to evolved steadily, the first fully commercialized passenger cars began with the birth of a hybrid vehicle a car that run part rechargeable energy storage system and a part fueled power source car and this has reduced the gap of realizing a full frame green car, and it is believed that green car is no longer a concept or a vision instead it is very much a present thing. In Malaysia the first ever hybrid car was introduced is the Toyota PRIUS made available in 2007 later the Hybrid version Lexus RX400h was produced as a larger version of Hybrid car. Honda later follow suit to introduced their very first Hybrid vehicle dubbed the Honda Civic Hybrid (correct me if I am wrong with this information). since then this 2 hybrid players is I believed the only hybrid car in Malaysia to date..

They year is 2012 there are more Hybrid cars coming up, not in Malaysia but every where around the world. so what are the cars will be or has already been available to all? Here are the list of cars to that I have gathered from a web site www. nextgreencar.com
