Apple to launch smaller version of iPad..

Dear readers and most of all Apple fans...

Looks like this APPLE is all out to compete with other players of small size tablet this year, rumors of small version iPad has been arise wince April when imore reported the rumor. Looks like this rumor might no lover be a rumor after all.

According to Bloomberg report, that Apple has a smaller version of iPad . the size of the new iPad will be around the size of 7" to 8' and will be launch this October 2012,  The Wall Street Journal has backed up this report, and claiming that Apple has requested that their supplier to be ready for a mass production of devices by this September, making the October launch of this new iPad mini to be alongside the new iPhone.

"Officials at the component suppliers, who declined to be named, said this week that Apple has told them to prepare for mass production of the smaller tablet. The Wall Street Journal reported in February that Apple was testing such a device but hadn’t yet decided whether to proceed with production." wsj July 5th report

Further more the unveiling of Google’s new Nexus 7, has caused many reports speculated that Apple is moving to compete with new 7-inch devices unveiled by both Google and Microsoft. The rumored October launch for the device was first reported by in May by iMore.
