Hey....Yup The Avengers is out on the 27th April 2012... and I booked 2 tickets (for me and my wife) on the 26th April 2012, it was a 20:50 (0850pm) show... and boy I just cant wait to watched this movie...
It was 0700pm I decided to be there 1hour and 50 minutes early.. have our dinner at 1B shopping Mall, then proceed to a long hour window shopping.
So the cinema is almost packed with cinema goers. especially when this is The Avengers we are talking about...
Anyway...its show time.. The movie starts with The current S.H.I.E.L.D Director Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) arrives at a remote S.H.I.E.L.D. research facility during an evacuation. The Tesseract, an energy source of unknown potential, has somehow been activated and able to self sustained it self even when the power source is forced to shut down and this opens a portal through space from which the exiled Loki (Tom Hiddleston) steps through. Loki takes the Tesseract and uses his abilities to take control of the minds of several S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel including Dr. Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgard) and Agent Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) to aid him in his getaway.
The movie starts which I almost thought it was some how boring... then just when the fighting starts right after Loki was caught by the Avengers, which he purposely allowed himself to be caught, and when he manages to angered the HULK - Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) and Loki Manages to escape. during this time Thor (Chris Hemsworth) has already joint The Avengers team to help secure his brother Loki and bring him back to Asgard, but the attempt to safely brings Loki back to Asgard failed instead chaos has instead when Loki through his mind controlled Dr Selvigs with the power source from Stark Tower manages to reopens the portal thus allowing the Chitauri armada to invade earth..
But the attempt to invade earth failed by the Chitaury...The Avengers manages to stop this from happening. with IRON Man - Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) almost lost hi life manages to divert a nuclear missile release instructed by the other Directors /Council to targets at Manhattan to stop the invasion from escalating.
Anyway this movie is a must see movie... and I might be going a another round to watch The Avengers this time I'll be wathing the 3D version..
I would rate this movie a 5 star rating... This is also an Action Movie Plus a little bit of funny/comedy scene...

'The Avengers' from Marvel and Disney assembled an incredible $80.517 million on Friday.
This is the second best single-day gross in box office history behind only 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2' and its opening day gross of $91,071,119.
The achievement is all the more impressive given that 'Potter' had record-breaking midnight grosses of $43.5 million while 'The Avengers' earned "only" $18.7 million in its midnight screenings.
Could 'The Avengers' have a shot at besting the opening weekend record held by 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2' of $169.2 million?
Well, a CinemaScore of A+ should generate sufficient word-of-mouth to propel the film to at least a spot in the top five openings of all-time. IMAX as always contributed big to this performance with 8% of the gross derived from their big screen locations.
The 3D showings were also a hit with an estimated 60% of the gross coming from these screens.
The film's worldwide results are equally impressive with another $30.3 million added to its international total on Friday and already $334.3 million total in the international marketplace.
Add on the $80.5 million on Friday in North America and the film has a $414.8 million worldwide total that will have it on track to exceed half a billion dollars in global box office by Sunday night!
2011 has come to the end of the journey, and 2011 has also been a great year, a year where quite a number of movies...great movies being screened worldwide. There are movies that reached box office number one spot, some did not make it, some made it the the all time billion dollar in worldwide earning.

In my previous post, I talked about the top 10 box office movie for 2011. as the end of 2011 come to its final journey, a long the year there so many brilliant directors that directed the most impressive movies, movies that capture our mind and makes us wants to come back and watch the movie over and over again. I guess that is where the million if not billions of earnings comes from... I must admit that I have watch The Matrix every sequels movie at least 5 times, the graphics and effect and stories really amazed me, that makes me wanna come back for the movies for more.
So now as the year progresses, so as the way movies are produce, edited,techniques,ideas, animation techniques has evolved to a level beyond imagination.
Lets have a quick look on this year 2011 top five movie to date since their first release right to the latest sequels, what are their totals gross earning to date, as all famous movie critiques has expected the year 2011 is the year of the sequels, it is obvious to say that all top 5 gross earnings box office movies belongs to the sequels...
To start with our top list for 2011 highest worldwide earnings as we all know belongs to Harry Potter.... since its first release worldwide gross earnings recorded a stunning 976.5million, as the subsequent sequels are released on average Harry Potter movies recorded between the average of 800-900 million in earnings. but not until the final installment of the Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows : Part 2 is managed to hit the highest note of the year of 1.326billion in worldwide recorded earnings.
Overall The Harry Potter Franchise movies since its first release in 2001 to 2011 with total 8 installments of the movies franchise Warner Brother studio has manage to earn a total of 7.692billion worldwide movie earnings. earns them a nice 3 spot in the all time box office billion dollar club. after Avatar (2009) and Titanic (1997).
Next in the list is the none other then the famous Captain Jack Sparrows character played by Johnny Depp in the Walt Disney Franchise movie "The Pirates & The Caribbean" since its first release in 2003 it manage to earns a good figures with 653.2 million dollar in worldwide, unlike Harry Potter, Pirates Of The Caribbean in its second installment it managed to hit a worldwide gross earning of 1billion mark. but in the forth installment though is still managed to earning a stunning 1 billion in worldwide gross earning and manages to secure a second spot in this years box office top earning movies, but the figures is slightly lower than its second sequels release 2006 "Pirate Of The Caribbean : Dead Man's Chest". None the less Pirate Of The Caribbean still manages to secure a comfortable 8 spot in the all time box office highest gross earning.
The third spot goes to the High Action animation movie "Transformer" though in 2007 it started low with a total worldwide gross earning of 708.90 million dollar and manage to secure the fifth spot in 2007 top box office chart. That that third installment on Transformer franchise "Transformer : Dark Of The Moon" is manages to recorded a much better earning of 1.114 Billion dollar though in 2011 it secure a top 3 spot in rank but overall all time box office gross earning Transformer : Dark Of The Moon manages to secure fifth spot. There are rumors that the third installment of the Transformer franchise will the final episode. Will there be another sequels to this high action packed CGI movie, let us all wait and see.
Kung Fu Panda, with just 2 release, has managed to recorded a total gross earning of 1.296 billion worldwide. With a 663 million worldwide earning recorded this year Kung Fu Panda 2 manages to secure a good fifth spot.
Fast Five is considered to be the only Fast & Furious franchise movie that recorded t total earning of over 600 million in gross earning. thought it only secure a 57 spot in the overall all time box office list, but in 2011 Fast Five secure a top 10 list of Hollywood best box office movie, with a total earning of 624.3million, Fast Five secure nice fifth spot in this year top box office chart.
CONCLUSION
Now hat we have seen the top five worldwide top earning in Hollywood best Box Office for 2011, and how they rank in all time top box office list. not only 2011 is the year of the sequels, it is also movies are all family oriented group of movies. Harry Potter, Transformer and Pirates of The Caribbean, Kung Fu Panda these are all movies where you happen to be at cinema, you will noticed that all parent together with their kid are all exited to watch these movies together.
As we welcome the new year 2012, I am sure 2012 will be a another great year and lot of box office to be movies to be release for the world to watch...
As the final month for this year begins and before we reached to the end of 2011, I wanted to have a quick view back to the top and highest grossing movies of the year 2011.
and tt is obvious to mention that the trends of the released movies for this year are
mostly sequels, according to resourse the number of sequels is 27 sequels movies to be exact and it was expected that movie sequels will
dominate the list this year, as predicted by movie top observers.
Now lets see the top 10 list of movie earnings for the year 2011
From the list Top 3 box office movies that has earned and entered the 1 billion dollar club are all sequels. with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 to tops the 2011 box office list, this is the final adventure in
the Harry Potter film series. The much-anticipated motion picture is the second of two full-length parts. In the epic finale, involved the battle
between the good and evil forces of the wizarding world escalates into
an all-out war. Harry Potter who may be called upon to make the ultimate
sacrifice as he draws closer to the climactic showdown with Lord
Voldemort and the final battles would end here ones and for all.
Next on the list is the none other then Transformer, Once again Shia LaBeouf returns as Sam Witwicky in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. This sequel of Transformer is all about how it all began, and it all started when a mysterious event from Earth’s that took place in the past has erupts into the present day and threatens to bring a war to Earth so big that the Transformers alone
will not be able to save us, and to get through this war with victory has almost forced the Autobots to abandon us and let us fight this war on our own, which is clearly seen that humans cannot win this war on their own.
The third in the list is the forth Installment of the Pirates Of The Caribbean, Where the iconic Character Captain Jack Sparrows stared by Johnny Depp returns and accompanied by his ever spontaneous comedic characters to search for the Ponce De Leon's Mysterious and the ever sought after the Fountain Of Youth, only this time the adventure and journey of his epic search did come come alone instead this time involve a love interest for Captain Jack Sparrow with a character of Anjelica cast by Penelope Cruzz, We all know that Captain Jack Sparrow and Anjelica have a shared in the past only to be uncertain of her feelings towards Jack Sparrow. So now the Adventure of this forth installment of the Walt Disney Franchise has earned then third spot in this Box Office Highest gross earnings list.
The Billion Dollar Club Movies
Lets us all have a quick look on the top 10 list of movies of all times that earns a spot in the 1 billion dollar club movie and the director behind these Box Office movies..
Although in 2011 the top three box office movies are the highest earnings of the year, but it still earns a favorable ranks in the top 10 box office movies of the 1 Billion Dollar club.
I am sure you all have read my post related to The Avengers Movies, again I say I just cant wait until this movie is released.
Anyway..yesterday while I planning to prepare lunch for my wife and daughter, I decided to take a short rest while waiting the meat to defrost. I turned on my TV to ASTRO Movie channel. then I saw this Iron Man2 half way but its the part that tells everything that The Avengers is coming to the big Screen, the part I started watching was when Tony got a tape from Nick Fury if I'm no mistaken (Anyone who remembers about this part please correct me if I am wrong). so Tony's father told him that he (Tony) was his greatest creation. and that he has initiate a project that cannot be possible during his father's time and that with the technology that Tony had, his father hope that he (Tony) would continue his work..
So Tony went to meet Pepper at Stark Ind Office and took home his father work model..
Then at his mansion..he scanned and converted the model into 3D view and there he found the new core design for his Iron Man suit.
Here come the fun part, remember when he design the equipment, then the S.H.I.E.L.D agent came in while Tony was busy completing the hardware that would later powered his iron man suit. the agent (forgot his name already - the agent) came in and wanted to tell Tony that he has been reassigned to New Mexico due to strange event had occurred there, since it is classified field task, the agent did not elaborate more on the mission. Sign No.1 Event in New Mexico What is that all about...we will get back to that soon..
Anyway remember when the Agent came in? Tony was busy? and the agent some how pickup something like a shield. do you know what shield it that? Yes it look like the shield used by Captain America "The First Avenger" right? which later Tony used is to level his hardware for the production of his new Core. This is Sign No.2 The Shield of Captain America.
Remember the agent say an event had occurred in new Mexico? we will come to that part later.. maybe you guy had guessed it but anyway we will come back to that again later.
The 3rd signed is when Nick Fury interviewed Tony about his assessment result made by Agent Natasha Romanoff before the interview start, the camera showed a 360 degree of the room right and the room was surrounded by TV/Monitor screen, did you notice that there is an event currently took place while Tony was being interviewed?
Yup if guessed it right then you are a Marvel Superheroes fans, if if you don'n and your will still be a Fans, yes it is the none other then The Incredible Hulk, it was the role of Hulk played by Edward Norton..hehehe..Signed No.3 Hulk fighting with another hulk created by the military headed by Gen. Ross.
Then the 4th signs are the one when Tony Start met Gen Ross after he was humiliated by the act, sitting in a bar all alone drinking his shots of wisky.. Who came in? Yup again its Tony Stark telling Gen Ross of his proposition to assemble a Special TEAM...
The final part is when the agent that was assigned to New Mexico found the Hammer of THOR, confirms the team of Avengers Schedule for worldwide screen in 2012..
So there you are the full hint of Avengers Team to be assemble found in IRON MAN2..

Looks like 2012 will see the some or maybe all the Marvel created superheros joint forces to stop the evil from conquering the world.
How many of you remember in the movie The Hulk role stared by Edward Norton, where at the end after of the movie a snippet show Tony Stark the Iron Man met General Thaddeus Ross in a bar talking about a preposition that he wanted to form a team. at this time being I am sure one day Marvel will produce a movie that would combined all Marvel Superheroes to protect the world, but at the same time I am not sure what Tony Stark meant at the time when he wanted to form a team. as I mentioned earlier it is all still a guessing game, there must be a role where Iron Man and Hulk would joint force with other Marvel Comic Superheroes in one movie that would blast into the world wide cinema screen.
Then in May 6 2011 Marvel release another Superhero "THOR" staring Chris Hemsworth. Then later in July 22 2011 Marvel yet another Superheroes the First Avenger "Captain America" staring Chris Evan. All these releases are Marvel plan of the new Avengers Movie.
Back to the formation of Avengers, in Iron Man2 where Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) and Natasha Romanoff (scarlett Johansen) helped healed Tony Stark from a slow poisoning death caused by the palladium core in the arc reactor that keeps Stark alive and powers the armor is slowly poisoning him, which he has failed to find a substitute. After defeating Ivan Vanko and his drones, in a debriefing, while news footage of the Hulk's rampage plays, Fury informs Stark that while Iron Man is a suitable candidate for the "Avengers Initiative", I think this refer to the Hulk movie where Tony Stark met General Thaddeus Ross about the formation of the Avengers Team...
Looks like the key to this formation is Nick Fury, lets see where are the sign that appears in the movie THOR, The Incredible Hulk and and Iron Man2 which tell us that a team is going to be formed recruited by the S.H.I.E.L.D which will be called the Avengers...
opens a briefcase and asks him to study a mysterious object, which Fury says may hold untold power. Loki,
invisible, whispers to Selvig to agree, which he does.
